How do you feel about change? Are you a lover or a hater?! How you feel with and manage change can have a significant impact on your business.

Woolworths, Blockbuster, Our Price. Businesses who did not change with current trends or the desires of their customers. We all know their stories, and those of many more like them.
All too often we focus on the issues and ‘pain’ that will occur during the change process, all the obstacles we must overcome – and it can be simpler to bury our heads in the sand and leave it for another day! There’s certainly plenty of work to keep us occupied, right?!
However, days turn to weeks…and months…and years….and boom. Too late.
So how can we keep our eyes open and remain relevant to our customers, adaptable and forward-thinking?
The way to deal with change is to keep focusing on what you will GAIN when the transition is through. What will success look like? How will it FEEL? What difference will it make to you?
So, what would you like to change in your business?
Perhaps you want to bring in a shiny new invoicing system. Move to bigger – or smaller – premises. It could be something enormous like a rebrand or moving into a new market.
Take a deep breath. You’re doing this!
