Moving to a new database CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system plus a strict GDPR exercise back in 2018 resulted in this business being unable to email many of their previous clients and contacts.

On hearing the details, we knew we could improve this situation due to our in depth knowledge of data protection and the General Data Protection Regulations GDPR.

We delved deep into their data, revisited decisions made at the time of migration and established new processes for data management going forward. We undertook a data cleanse to bring back into the system the people who could be sent marketing after all! Then we designed and delivered a ‘Win Back’ email campaign to reconnect with them.
